These are not the most complicated of inventions. it is proven that many different cultures came up with the same ideas without interaction. Anyone who thinks about this stuff long enough and wants to do it no matter where they are from can accomplish these most simple of machines

Why hasn't muslim revealed this to the rest of the planet, making a good case for islam, before it was discovered by occident scientist ? Why ?
