@Chain1234 I don't think I'm too mis-informed. I like to read album information. I can't speak to the newer albums because I don't read as much off of an album as I used to, but most of songs off of their pre-nineties albums that appealed to me the most were songs that were mainly credited to Michael. Now Saga likes to say that all songs are written by the group, which makes it impossible to know who wrote the body of the song.

@samsmutt you are very misinformed, the only song I can think of that was written by Sadler is "Amnesia"... Jim is the creative brain behind Saga with all the others also taking a big role in the writting.

The best recent album they did is Trust. I love that album. I think they need the drummer to be active in the band like he was on that album. I think Jim Crichton needs to stop producing their work. He's good, but he only takes it about 70% of perfection and then misses it. Some of Saga's best albums are the ones that are credited as being produced by the entire group.

Saga is all about the brothers now. They are the only original members. I'm kind of okay with the new singer, I just think that Saga lost so much with Michael gone because a lot of the songs were written by him. I still wonder why Steve left. I heard that Michael forced him out in the eighties. I think that the group wanted him to simplify his sound, and it must have pissed him off.
