walkera # 83 nitro mini heli

This is a Walkera # 83 nitro heli. This heli is about 15 to 20% bigger than a 450 size heli. I must say that I love flying this little thing . For what it is it does very well. I would suggest this heli to anyone.

It even comes ready to fly with a 2.4 computer radio, that looks like a DX7 and even programs alot like one.

I think they only sell kit with radio. The heli will do tic-tics, I think it could use a little more power. You do have to manage collective some. I think if you install a good os engine the problem would be resolved.

Hey Henry. Nice little bird and killer fly. How much RPM did you run? Do you feel cheap or average quality on heli? This is exactly what I'm looking for after my last 50 Raptor, small, powerfull and nitroed. I love the smell of nitro in the morning. Your input will be helpful.

That was amazing, I didn't know that remote helicopters would ever be able to be flown like that!! I just got a 6" battery powered helicopter with a built- in gryo. I love flying it in the house, but I always wanted a gas powered one. Looks like they came a long way from when I was 12 y/o. That guy really knows how to fly...cudos

Does the head on yours have alot of play in fast forward flight? ive had mine for a few years now and it pitches up and down real bad going fast with just a small amount of pitch up or down... a FBL head would be great for this, ive been trying to find one that will work..
