Recipe from Nestle Toll House website

http://www.meals.com/Recipes/Original-NESTLE-TOLL-HOUSE-Chocolate-Chip-Cookie...

To remove from the pan: use an icing spatula or thin knife. If it won't come off, set on top of the stove with the oven on for five minutes or until it begins to loosen.

As a variation, you can use mint chips, peanut butter chips, butterscotch chips, or whatever you like.

You decorate this anyway you want.

  • Question ...how can I roll the dough without it getting to thick? Bc I know most cookie cakes are thin.

  • @sweetmelon03 If I'm remembering correctly, you don't "roll" it. You put the dough on the pan and use your greased hands to shape it into a circle like I did. Don't worry about the circle being perfect, because you can trim the dough after its cool, unless you need the entire circle to decorate.

  • Hi..Thank you for all your instructions...just one question please. What is the size of the "pizza pan"? Thanks again!

  • @andrewp46 I believe 16".

  • @dhameerical Let me get this right: you watched my video, logged in, and then wasted your time in a failed attempt to put me down? You're very pathetic! You must have low self esteem to take time out of your day to make disparaging remarks. FYI: I am NOT your buddy. I'd NEVER be friends with you or your ilk.

  • @thuringwethil93 Thank you :) I don't remember if I mentioned this in my video, but it needs to cool just like a regular cake. I let mine cool to room temperature, put it in a cake container, and stick it in the fridge. When I'm ready to ice/frost it, I either make the frosting/icing, or get the store bought kind out and stir it. I then apply it to the cake/pizza.
