I doubt it. The fight was too haphazard in my opinion, I'm surprised the Jeffery player lost; he seemed to have a better understanding of his new moves between the two of them.
What's cool about this clip is that we see that ducking P+K seems to give a lot of advantage even on block, 4P+K only slams on a counter, 66P+KP doesn't seem to combo off of 1P on a counter anymore and we finally saw slipping P+KP. I'm grateful for that, but the fight was nothing special to me.
