u used to teach classes at fitcom berlin mitte. i loved ur classes! u r the one that totally dragged me into step aerobics and now i cant stop doing it anymore! :) all cause of u!

It ALL has been build with the traditional methods... Layering mixed with the Lineal in the begining of the class and then crossfrazed.
Keep on the good work :)
there is ALWAYS a way to make the choreography beeing build in a logical way! Really!
