Well, a little child often asks curious questions, of course mine used to do that. On your video a five-year-old girl says "Why do kangaroos leap like that?" "Why do kangaroos leap with their babies in their pockets?"
I don't know the answer. A scientist is just about to answer them, you turn back to the program from Venezuela. Good music, good sound.
Above and beyond this, thank you for good videos!

Hello. Great sound.
Japanese "Hi" has many meanings.
"Haaai" pronounced by a male annoucer means "well" "gee" "uh-huh" "understand" "then" "And?" "what about?" "OK",
"Hai" pronounced shortly by children means "Yes" "I will" "understand"
This is a science program for children. Children can ask question on the phone.
A girl on your video is five years old.

The "hai" that they've been repeating on Radio Japan actually meant "yes", not "hi"...

Hi,
Yes, that Japanese "Hi" is actually a form of agreement used alot in conversation. It is just like saying "yes" in English (or "yeah" in American slang).
In German or Dutch = "ja",
Russian = "да", and
In Spanish = "si"!
