  • @godofuchiha I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but doing reverse biceps curls will help you develope your bicep tendon closer to your elbow.

  • well ive been watching alot of these ez bar curls and reverse barbell curls and was wondering why so many guys are using such light weight

  • u know how his biceps are "fully developed" where it stops at the opp. of the elbow...mine is not like that and its like 3 fingers away from where the arm bends...how can i get my biceps to grow there..i do workouts with straight bars and dumbbells but is there a special excersise i can do?
