From now on, i'm gonna upload some of the lost concerts from my channel well like new bootlegs. Let's post a new show. This is one of the famousest ever Elton concerts, and it was on the Hammersmith Odeon, during the first Elton christmas tour on this venue. Actually, it was the first time ever that he made a gig on the Hammersmith. The show included too the first official Ray Cooper performance as a member of the Elton's band. This one is in great energy from the start to the end. The setlist includes various classics, like Rocket Man, and the songs from the recently realized Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, like Bennie And The Jets. Honky Cat, for the first time, features Cooper on the "duck-call". Your Song features only Dee and Nigel playing only on the final verse. Some ultra rare songs are in it too, like Ballad Of Danny Bailey, This Song Has No Title, Elderberry Wine and I've Seen That Movie Too (maybe the only time ever that he played this song live). Between the two last songs mentioned, Elton plays the melody of a popular piece, "Rudolph, The Red Noised Reindeer". The Dee Murray's bass guitar lines are awesome on this concert, like you'll see on All The Young Girls Love Alice. I guess that Clive Franks joined the band on the organ in Crocodile Rock, but i might be wrong. Anyway, that's a great night to restart my Elton John carreer on YouTube. Enjoy..
