  • 39 people aren't getting the results they want, so now they're bitter and hating on everyone who is more successful than they are. For those of you who want a rep/set spread given to you, it comes down to your body type and goals. Vince, your videos are inspirational and awesome. They have given me the drive and motivation to better myself. I may not be where I want to be physically right now, but with consistency, I WILL meet my goals, largely in thanks to you. THANK YOU.

  • @jbigbelow Thanks bro! Keep it up!

  • Forgot to mention; love the last part of the vid where you mention, training without bogus supplements.. it's really not needed and too many people are on those things, even a few trainers I've seen and worked with are mixing their shakes and taking their pills every day before, while and after workouts... it's really a problem in the fitness world of today

  • This is a nice video, although I do not think those are all classics and I wouldn't recommend these to begginers mostly because most, if not all are very risky without a spotter for someone who is just starting and especially those back of the head presses after the jump shrug punch are very risky even for some people who are more advanced. You should really put alternatives for people who are just starting to workout

  • We all need encouragement no matter how old we are. You are doing something that is being noticed and I commend you.

  • Are all these exercises to be put in a single gym pass? I mean, can I put in a workout like this inbetween a chest/tricep workout and back/bicep? For example:

    Monday: Chest/tricept

Tuesday: All, or a few of your exercises combined with a few overall body exercises

    Wednesday: Back/bicep

  • lamest deadlift ever

  • how many set, how many per set? And is this order the best to do it in?
