The 1st Amendment defends the right to freedom of speech, and it is not a violation of this right for a news channels to distort the truth and tell lies!

In 2003 an Appellate Court of Florida’s Second District ruled for Fox News that their right to distort the truth was protected by the Constitution as the Federal Communications Commission’s policy against media distortion does not have the weight of the law to support it.

Apparently it's not a crime to report fake news or misrepresent the facts! I cannot believe that they still have viewers!!! I am the type of person who does not just blindly believe what someone tells me...I check it out from numerous sources...that is why I am NOT a Fox Viewer...you have to be a blind sheep to believe anything they say!
