This is my testimony to the world that these men were true heroes and their stories can inspire us to do good and overcome any challenges we should face.

For more information about the church I hold responsible for helping me come to know Christ!

History has produced many heroes. They were men of Faith. These men have inspired me throughout the years: Heroes who existed in both the Bible and Book Of Mormon (Captain Moroni Moses Ammon David Enos Joshua Abinidi Daniel Samuel the Lamanite Paul Nephi Joseph of Egypt and many more) have given me strength and helped me believe in God and desire to be more like Jesus Christ, the redeemer of Man kind.

Jesus Christ, my greatest hero, is my friend for life. He will be there waiting for me and he will say, "Well Done My Friend! You labored without ceasing to bring souls unto me!"

Music by David Cook "Heroes" and ENYA, "On My Way Home" (I don't usually pick a contemporary song but I felt so inspired to use this one from David Cook! I hope it honors him and his work to use his music about heroes.
We all need a hero...

  • How about Korihor? He stood up for what was right and true even in the face of overwhelming odds.

  • @Doliath

Let's not forget Shiz... whose goal was to only keep from being completely destroyed but Coriantumr still cut off his head in the name of being the only one left when that's all that Shiz wanted to do too! How selfish of Coriantumr!

  • Well of course, Jesus Christ being the number one focus at the end... but one of my favorite stories is in Genesis Chapters 37-49...

Joseph of Egypt, for many reasons is one of my biggest influences in life. (Smile)

  • Whoa, LDSlife, you caught me off gaurd. I thought the whole clip was going to list Bookofmormon heroes only.

I'm going to put in my 2 cents for the end of the clip. "God" was the perfect sacrifice.

This statement is reinforced and verified by what the Lord said, "it is impossible for man".

  • Hey, be careful there! I might have to look for other comments you made to give another thumbs up to!

  • you're awesome! great video

  • I thought the music was fine. Especially since your target audience would probably be younger people.

I am not really into contemporary music, but the lyrics seem to highlight the overall theme of the video.
