First of all, it's been well established that the police were cleared by internal AND external investigations. it was found that they did their job well within the law. Meyer pleaded guilty and neither he nor the ACLU has filed any suit.

Second, he was NOT tased, nor arrested, nor removed for asking any questions so that part of your statement is pointless.
