Texas State University is trying to keep track of attendance this school year using a pilot program. Kristy Hoerig tells us more in this Bobcat Update.
Ridiculous. WE PAY YOUR SALARIES you ungrateful administration. If a student chooses not to go to class, it is their choice. The school has no right to acedemically punish students who miss....if our curriculum is of a higher standard as it should be then the students who skip will see it on their grades. Otherwise you're admitting that Texas State is of a lower common denominator. I am graduating from this school but I will always be ashamed of it. Serious about your edu? Go somewhere else.
Kind of blurs the line between school and prison.
