You can NOT do a proper chest & lung exam without the torso being fully exposed.

You should also take care about your body language... It is very inappropriate if you are a pediatric!!

Respond to this video... Yes the presenter should have demonstrated blood pressure but she would need the proper size cuff.

You can easy hear heart and breath sounds if the shirt is not too thick and you have a quality stethoscope.

Overall this is a good video that shows the procedure for examining the heart and lungs and checking pulses. I agree that the presenter should have demonstrated
taking a blood pressure.
