Wind E 10 to 25 knots, Course N, Speed 2 to 7.5, Position 21*38s by 11*12w

We ride a squall fast and it passes, then we glide peacefully.

Every time I look out I am overwhelmed with how beautiful it is. I am awestruck, filled with wonder and happiness and an inner smile with heart clapping. It happens to me again and again, day and night: Tears come to my eyes and I cry. I don't know if it is me or the sea.

The longer I look the more I am filled up with love and ecstatic feelings overflowing. My being reaches out sending love to everyone, reaching further and further. At night I feel as if I am in a universal cathedral cavern and the ceiling is lit with sparkling jewels. If I move a little closer to the edge, I can reach out and almost touch the lights where ever they come down to join me. I always sail closer to the edge reaching to touch the brilliance that comes down from heaven.

When I sleep I know I am getting closer and I wake again and again to see if I am arriving. My love pours out and everyone comes to meet me, my loved ones, friends and sweet presences. Is it my memory or my imagination or has or has my prolonged isolation and prayer in this sacred environment opened me up to feel oneness with humanity through time?

I have often felt the spirits of other sailors on the sea like roving and yearning souls sometimes rough and dangerous. They want to keep sailing with me indefinitely on the verge of reaching the soul's treasure. I also feel those who have lost their love and are hurt and angry and they strike out. I continue to send all the love I can to them and stay attached to the gift of love, strength and awe

I accept all manifestations with as much equanimity as I can muster. I still strive, but sometimes the friction softens and there is a peaceful dissolving slowness that is lighter than water, it's us spreading out, floating, floating. This is the feeling of abundance, being able to help all, the joy and compassion of a full human being. I give thanks and live in awe.
