fruit is sweet AKA easy to eat....If your not hungry enough for fruit your not hungry right? but try this think of a veggie one that you don't like for me its (celery) if im not hungry enough for (celery) then im not starving...

ieat only fruit and veggies all day, i let my calorie intake fluctuate* 200one day, 300 the next i never go over 500. good luck think tiny!

You're perfect the way you are girl! You shouldnt go too drastic. Just exercise and eat healthy and you'll have a nice HEALTHY body, that doesnt look gross or too skinny. Being super skinny isnt pretty. Being skinny doesnt mean you're beautiful and being heavy doesnt mean that you're not beautiful. Being YOURSELF is beautiful :-)

not only that, but as soon as you start eating again your body will continue too hold onto the weight and calories. the BEST way to lose weight is by speeding up your metabolism. do weight training(gain muscle), do some cardio and eat complex forms of nutrients and energy that are harder for the body to process. like fiber and protein... also, drink lots of water. this is a no calorie fuel your body needs and digesting it means you burn more calories and keep your organs moving!
