What this guy is showing you is don't go to websites you shouldn't because, the person running the web site can manage the servers and report you. Matter of a fact cops do this a lot, they will set up websites you shouldn't go to and then when your ip registers they look up your ISP and then get your address from them, or better yet they have direct access to your ISP.

well what i do is when i turn my computer before i would put parental controlls and put my game rateing to ea (baby rateing) and make me a standard account and then put everything off then i give my self a password with dashes,dots,numbers,letters and spaces thumbs up if this worked instead of haveing to block countreys and website seachers but netrospect realy helped me becuse my computer hade some stuff on it i dident began to think of! think i went to where he was then 2000k ips thanks man!
