Jonathan "DJK" Kim reviews THE ROAD TO GUANTANAMO.

THE ROAD TO GUANTANAMO tells the true story of three young Muslim Brits, later known as the Tipton Three. During a trip to Pakistan in late 2001, they took a detour into Afghanistan to assist with an aid mission and witness the American-led assault firsthand. They couldn't have known that they would be swept up in America's indiscriminate war-on-terror dragnet, and later deposited in the legal and moral netherworld we know as Guantanamo Bay, where they were held without charge for two long years.

  • Yep. Good old Obama. Promises.....promises.

  • @djinnbladex very true

  • @swatteam153 u forgot the part where most of the inmates were released, and i dnt haveto urinate in elevators, don't know about you...

  • if you oppose the Republican Party, you would be sent to Guantanamo Bay for re-education. And gay US marines are going to rape you all day long.

    Vote Palin 2012

  • In Obama's new orders on torture still state that if anyone is captured in an armed conflict the are under the protection of the Geneva Conventions. However, prisions in GITMO were not captured in armed conflicts but arrested because of the "war on terror". This cancels them out of being under the protection of the Geneva Conventions. Obama's first loophole.

  • @qwerty01516 yes, it's illegal... there "used to be" a thing called the Geneva Convention and the countries that signed it should treat their prisoners following those agreed rules... but the Bush jr. administration decided to overrule everything to their own will...

it's not by becoming a greater terror that you'll ever gonna stop the so called terrorists...

  • I hardly find any difference between treatment of Americans and Talibans..Both treat in the same way but give differents reasons for it..

  • @czkolyk Yes. You are wrong. That technology doesn't exist.

  • @swatteam153 Many of the people weren't even guilty of anything apart from being in the wrong place at the wrong time. That's the problem when you imprison people without evidence and don't bother giving a fair trial.

Plus, didn't America go to shit when Bush was in power??
