Prime example of corporations having more freedom...the Ford Pinto. People died because of an $11 problem with the cars and Ford knew the danger and decided to skip out on fixing the problem w/ the fuel tank. In one case 3 girls died after being rear ended. Ford got a slap on the wrist and a $22,500 fine that went to the grieving family. But Ford won the trial. If it had been a person who killed them he would have been put away for negligent homicide.
