Original Telemedicine bill on its way to policy makers

As the use of telemedicine is debated by its opposer and advocates
last week's public hearing on the substitute version of the bill was
the heated topic of debate, as members of medical community voiced
their opinions of how the substitute bill works for or against the
intention of quality care of patients. Senator Frank Blas Jr.
introduced the substitute bill to allow for feedback to balance out
the community's input on telemedicince.
