This is our Date to The Red Pyramid in Dahshur Eygpt. The shaft into the pyramid is located 3/4 of the way up and you climb down 200 ft before you reach the grand gallery.It is a difficult climb. The guide demostrated how tight the joints are by placing a knife blade near a mortis seam, These large blocks of stone and the impress structure is quite a site.My Date could not take the smell and the closed up feeling of the shaft.I was quite a Journey.

It's best to go down the shaft backwards. It's Much easier on the legs and back that way!

Much more interesting that the big one i visited 1 year before.Video and photos was forbidden inside :-( I have to visit the red one.
