Only possible with auto-aim.
Too bad it's disabled in the first release of the US Resident Evil.
Auto-aim is reimplemented in the Director's Cut editions.

how cum it took so long the first time around? I understand the fact that the first time u played it u were showing ppl a walkthrough in a sense but it still took long killing the Tyrant what's the difference between this one and that one even if u did get hurt?
