Really nice demonstration, only thing I wanted to see and was left out... the CUTTING of the cake, I wish you cut a slice out so we could see the density of the middle... shame, it's like taking a kid into a candy store, asking them what sweets they want, the shop owner bags it up, then says the shops closed!! lol, without giving it to the chid. nice video though! x
