  • hey it's me again...... I wonder, do you shake your knees while you do the ultimate shimmies? you contract your muscles and shake them? and when I do that, my upper body also shakes..... and also, when I do the circle thing with the hips, my upper body moves a lot too... I try not to, sometimes I don't when I force more.

  • My ultimate shimmies are driven more by contracting my muscles to a point that it is a controlled spams, it takes practice. and it will shake your whole body. the circle thing? umi umi? when doing umi umi your upper body should not move - that is a whole different move

  • I'm starting to be able to breath while I'm doig the shimmies, the faster one.. but when I take a breath, my hips stop moving for a second... but I work on it all the time before I do any moves with 'accent'

  • most excellent - all that hard work starting to pay off

  • Try alternately 'punching' your shoulders forward and back slowly at first then quickly. The movement comes from the shoulder muscles only, not the chest and your arms and hands should remain still.
