@JooFrankie I think he's refering to the location in which Bouchard's head bounced off of at the end of the hit. lol. Even with your elbows down the player is still gonna hit them.

Wow. I give more props to Bouchard for following through on his pass even when he's cutting thru the middle (suicide depending on who you're playing) and for actually GETTING UP after than than I give to Murray for the hit. But still, that was a MONSTER of a hit.

This is what I like about murray. Even in the most unconventional times of a game, murray makes a check like this. Usually players dont lay big hits like this in OT since there tend to be more breakaways with more open ice but that doesn't stop murray. I'll never forget his rookie season a few years back, the sharks were shorthanded in a five on three situation. Murray made a big check without suffering any consequences on the scoreboard in that game. That was the moment that defined murray.
