i have the utmost respect for european football but american football is part of our culture. it's a game of war on a small scale: two sides fight to gain territory. no other sport can give me an adrenaline rush like football and you don't have to understand that.

I was at the Kentucky vs FSU bowl game a few years back and when UK won, all the Kentucky fans did the war chant. Even though we were playing against each other I still thought that it was so cool every time your band played the war chant.

Ok, I know it's a tradition and I have to admit its really cool to listen too. But why do they have to play this song after every like 3 yard gain. They overdue this song this chant way to much...

i agree entirely. we now only try to play it while we're on defense but it still loses its intensity after so many times.
