This is almost the avengers roster..what could have been the reason they did'nt use the whole roster???

@YoshiAngemon He was for a while in the 80s, unfortunately his movie rights are held by a different studio than the one that's making The Avengers.

And out of five of those heroes, four of them make up the Avengers! Captain America, Iron Man and Thor! Unless Namor is an Avenger, too.

I will try to find all these on dvd. For now I only have the complete animated Sub-Mariner episodes.
