Great circuit style workout.
This Christmas themed workout starts out with the first exercise (day 1) with 1 rep. Then do the second exercise 2 reps, immediately followed by the 1st exercise again for 1 rep...... then do day 3, for 3 reps, followed by day 2, for 2 reps, and day 1 for 1 rep............... you should be able to see the pattern, just like the song.
