    there were recordings of voices saying russian names or numbers

    the beeping is just a cheap way to identify if the radio is still running or not

  • @matkovicha I wrote this comment two years ago when I was still an immature asshole. Now I feel bad that I may be offending Russians.

  • @matkovicha That is actually what about half of the 'number stations' are for.
