FauxNews has done this occasionally. They've been getting caught lately. (Including airing that campaign rally footage AS Palin crowd for Palin book signing.) Their network is a joke. Always has been, always will be. Trash-Obama-network.

well you would need a charge to do something like that, and one that carries the possibility of receiving the death penalty - care to share what that charge may be?
