Legends of Dungeons and Dragons - Ever heard of a shavetail?

This is just a video I made of me in my friends playing Dungeons and Dragons in the back of an old church/playhouse/shithole. It's a lot of fun, plus you get to learn new words like Shavetail....what the hell is that...watch to find out.

Ummm....that jerk would be me. The guy who puts these videos on here...the Leader of this world i allow you to examine through this little window on the internet. And I have known BOB FOREVER...and...he hits me until his hand hurts...and then hits me more for making it hurt... QQ ....but he made me edit that out. So yea...and if we had respect for each other...this videos would be a lot less interesting....sooo ummm....yea....go play dnd or something you nerd.

Man it's cool that you still play and all but 1st edition... I have watched most of the videos that have been made and one of your comments bothered me. You say that you play 1st edition because of the assasin class. But in every adition they say if you don't like the way that they have made a class or something you can modify it more to your game style. Example you can make your own class, create your own spells... Pretty much the possiblities are limitless.

yea...but they have a really kewl assassination table and other assassin related stuff in the first edition...aka "Advanced" DND...and plus because our DM is an old fogey and wont convert to the new stuff....but hey it's kewl as long as we have fun.

I dunno, I think these guys are talking over each other just the right amount for it to be a role playing game. There's not enough alcohol on the table though to make me think its real.

Sad things is Grant is the youngest one there ....I've even learned new cuss words from him. LOL! Just think what it would be like if we were all drunk.....God that would be awesome! I originally started out on the old ADND and then switched too 3.5! I'm actually kinda excited for 4th edition. From what i've heard, it's supposed to really make the battles go smoother and allow you to really do some crazy stuff.

BTW...you guys really get off track alot!! Of course thats how real gamin' normally goes! My group is the same way!

3.5 is the best acourding to most people but if you want to go a more simple way go advanced dnd 2nd acording to me sucks...and i think 4th adition when it comes out is going to blow chunks..but hey everyone has there own opinion im not raging on any dnd game i just like 3.5

what do most people like to play usually? 3.5? 2nd Edition? DND 1st? i mean take a look at this video fer instance. what version of the game are they showing? most peope generally play with older rules sets and somee people like to mix and match. is that generally the case in this clip?
