Happy 70th Birthday, Bruce Weitz. Belker was a classic.

This is one of the best if not the best scene of the entire Hill Street Blues series. I'll never forget it. If anyone could post a video of Belker's driving test, it would be a great addition since that was a great scene too.

Thanks. Not surprised she had other TV credentials.

She was a regular on Night Court having replaced Selma Diamond (who passed away) and was replaced (when she herself passed away) by Marsha Warfield.

Couple of treats here for old-time TV fans: the "I know fish" guy Belker is working with is played by Alvy Moore, who also was the ditzy Mr. Kimball (the county agent) in _Green Acres_, and the woman customer is Florence Halop, whom I remember as the pain-in-the-ass perpetual patient Mrs. Hufnagel on _St. Elsewhere_.
