Love this song, I love the early France Gall. Her jazzy stuff was her best.

Structured like Dave Brubecks "Take 5"

The French jazzman Alain Gouraguer must be work on this beautiful FG song..
She was the personification of "CUTTY". She was a girl for make love to her, not only sex.

Beautiful 5/4 song. Everything she did was perfection.

@iabhornc Looking at the label I would say this was printed in North America for French-Canadians. But it could be American.

Wow !... she sings on 5/4 !
France Gall chante sur du 5 temps !... Je ne le crois pas !!!... Extraordinaire !... Je préfère infiniment cette période à celle des années 80. (Mais chacun ses goûts))... merci, en tous cas !

I really love that Tune. Brubeck would have smiled...

Great video. I wonder which country of origin that 45 is?

Clearly the artist sings in French and she is herself French of course, but I suspect that the 45 was actually pressed and its label printed in England. A few artists like France Gall, Petula Clark and Francois Hardy released French language singles and sometimes LPs in the UK. See this example clearly marked as 'Made in England'

¡Hermosa canción! *****
Without a doubt the jazz is one of more interesting the musical sorts. And France with her sweet voice sings it like anybody...
