This is my submission for the Exeter Phoenix 48 Hour Film Challenge 2009. Deemed too violent to screen at the Phoenix, 'Out of the Attic' is a dark yet gruesomely humorous short film that follows three teenagers who attempt to leave the attic that has been their only habitation for weeks.

Conceived, written, shot, edited and music composed within 48 hours, made in accordance with the theme of 'freedom' and including a Yo-Yo object.
