  • @Michel0555 minimum of 2 days at least. depends on your body. i prefer having 4 days of rest after an intense HIT training

  • Hey Guys. Just want to make it clear: is it really one warm up set for each exercise and then JUST one working set to failure, or should there be more working sets (say three, four), each 6-8 reps and only last set till failure? I used to think you should do couple sets of each exercise.
