Hi Debbi. From memory, I thought you told me that underneath the stitch is a chain stitch. Did I misunderstand because mine just stitches straight top and bottom.

I just ordered a glennen omni machine. Does it also sew regular yarn like Wal-Mart?

Yes it does. You can use regular worsted weight yarn.

You did an awesome job filming yourself, and sewing!!!
I have the Omni-stitch, used it once to embelish a belly dance costume with 'slung' sequins (can't find/buy them anymore since Mae's went out of business).
You've inspired me to start using it again, with yarn!!!!
Any suggestions for replacement needles?
