  • Yes it does. You can use regular worsted weight yarn.

  • You did an awesome job filming yourself, and sewing!!!

I have the Omni-stitch, used it once to embelish a belly dance costume with 'slung' sequins (can't find/buy them anymore since Mae's went out of business).

You've inspired me to start using it again, with yarn!!!!

    Any suggestions for replacement needles?

    Thanks so much!

  • our Hancock's still has those sequins if you want some I will ship them to you.

  • WOW I'll have to try this with mine

  • Hi Debbi. From memory, I thought you told me that underneath the stitch is a chain stitch. Did I misunderstand because mine just stitches straight top and bottom.

  • I just ordered a glennen omni machine. Does it also sew regular yarn like Wal-Mart?

  • Great videos--I enjoy learning from them and seeing how you use the machine since I just bought one.
