I have heard stories there is a cure. Also, I heard of the UN and pharmaceutical companies practicing drugs on Africans. Even some American AIDS activists have said some of these antiretroviral drugs are very toxic and have severe side effects.

Mbeki did what he needed to. The country can not afford to build houses and provide utilities for all the poor. AIDS brings the population into a more manageable size. Problem solved.
