In this video I demonstrate how to stabilize video using sony vegas pro 11
I use Tools - Video - Media Fx and then choose Sony Stabilize
In the video i say sony vegas 2011 pro instead of Sony vegas pro 11

@FXerGerFra, I stopped using Vegas 11 and went back to Vegas 10, all together. Vegas 11 crashes on me constantly while editing, and can't even render a project without crashing. Sony doesn't respond to emails. Waste of money. At least Vegas 10 is a solid piece of software.

I went back to Vegas 10. In Vegas 11 it does not even work correctly to adjust the settings. Sometimes you can press Apply and then not. Anyhow - the video is still shaking. For me it is not useable in Vegas 11. Vegas 10 was great.

how did you do stabilize without your video being crop? it always happened on my videos

@superxin If you look closely then you can see that my video also get crop. It is not possible to stabilize your video without a litte crop because it uses the crop border for the stabilazion.

I liked the stabilization in Vegas 10 much better. It takes almost double the amount of time for it to render in Vegas 10 as in 11, and there are many more steps to turn it on and off since it's not just a new take anymore.
