Python has "private" class variables. Name them with double underscore first and they become unavailable with direct access.
class a():
def __init__(self, x):
self.__x = x
A = a(5)
print A.__x

"Double underscore" is often reffered to as "dunder".
__init__ therefor becomes "dunder init dunder".
Much easier to pronounce.
