Lili is from Monaco, At first, I thought she was from France, cause she seems like

it, just cause I remember when I was playing Scenario Campaign with the Lili stage,

In the cutscene, she said something that's a like.. French "C'est La Vie" she said.

Oh!! Finally!! I can remember now!! THAT's what the two first punches of Bloody Masquerade Piton look like (at 3:02). Ive been trying to learn Lili's Street Fighting since the first time I played TDR for a PSP. I could never remember those two first punches. :D
