oh my fucking god, what an amazing flat out circuit monza was.... it is still nice, but.. this was the real deal..... respect to these drivers. I love the time when drivers where just drivers, not PR representatives of brands.... I love formula One today, but this was the real Formula One..... by the way, senna is number One, the last of the great drivers,,,

these were real drivers they had skill and finese unlike todays pilots,sir jack brabham[excuse the spelling] he designed,built ,and raced his own car to a couple of championships.i think he was the best alround driver to ever have raced because he wasn't just a wheel man.engineer first driver second

Jesus those cars were absolutely flat out on the very limit on what was the fastest Grand Prix circuit in the world at the time along with Silverstone & Spa Francorchamps..& in fact they are still the fastest tracks.. This is not 'real' GP footage as it is a clip taken from the fictional film 'GRAND PRIX' in 1966. It gives a stunning insight into the still in use banking at that time. Monza..steeped in historic motor sport legend..long may it continue to be of great service to the GP fraternity!
