this video is from my 19th and 20th leap from the plane. demonstrating my flips, rolls and rotations in the first then tracking (flying) in the second.
The mistake people often make is thinking you do the rolls just for learning them, but they mostly want you to get unstable and than stable again, it doesn't really matter if you'd complete a roll perfectly, but it would be great.
Nowadays you don't have to do any static line. You can start your jumping from 14,000 feet w/ 60 second freefalls. You'll be doing tricks like this by like jump #7. Look up a local drop zone with an AFF program.
@rappforever1990 Your first few jumps are static line jumps then you'll do some PRCP jumps, clear and pulls then two 5 second free falls, two 10 second free falls, two 20 second freefalls and then 30 second freefalls. after that you'll learn to track and other maneuvers. its very fun =]
you start to do stuff like that after your first couple of high freefalls... 1-3 jumps is usuallly static line, 4-8 is 2-3 sec freefall and so on. Cool video tho, I miss it alot!!! need to get back up there again :)
