Cycle #4 - Week 6 @ 3 x 4.
Camera srewed up on 1st set where I hit this x 5 ( was only supposed to do this for 2 sets x 4 reps but the weight felt good). Depth could be a little better, but considering I'm setting new PR's without knee support I'm content. Next week I'll do a DL vid....it won't be anything special but it's 5 weeks post injury.
Again, the weight break down:
2 - 50KG Plates
2 - 25KG Plates
2 - 45LB Plates
2 - 10LB Plates
2 - 2.5LB Plates
2 - 2.5 KG Collars
