  • ahh mark mate i thought you were gonna play some thing off mike allens show man!....come on mate lets have a run down of the "groove records" charts for allen army ..some of us are still on patrol.....peace

  • m8 i lost my mix tape with the rats, mc delirious a man called spartacus etc it was a freestyle tape and i,m feinding to find it again ,any ideas where to look?

  • nice 1...still got loadsa westwood capital rap show tapes, between 88--94....did have mike allen tapes, but lost em down the line as i use ta tape him between 85---87....they were the classic days of capital radio hip hop...i remember when westwood only did an hour on a friday night from 12---1 am, then they extended it...and again on a saturday night from 8---10 pm...pete tong was on b4 hand...but hats off 2 mike allen...fridays and saturdays...the original hip hop radio!!!!
