Did he say that he was using magical glass that can withstand an airplane strike? I've heard of safety glass, but there is a limit to how strong you can make something that fragile. When a building is hit by something with excessive force, its options are to tilt over until it breaks or allow the shockwave to pass into the ground, and when that happens less-flexible materials like glass will break, but the _support beams_ will still have a shot at staying, unless weakened by something like fire.

Has anyone considered the shockwave that must have occurred from a fucking airplane hitting a building? as in a huge, well-designed building designed to resonate all of the weight of itself outward? When a plane hits a building like that, the impact isn't restricted to where it hit; it travels outward, which is why the building collapsed in the first place.
