this happened just after 2pm starting in Indian mt road man was in a 1990 Cadilac passing cars on the wrong side of road and was stopped on Elmwood drive in the city of Moncton New Brunswick, Canada

If the ratio stayed the same and Canada's population magically increased to match the US population, Canada would have a larger amount of military personnel.
