Grinding the I.D. of the gears out of my Hebard shop mule. The original bearings rusted out and disintigrated from sitting for so long and cut the gearset. Opened them to 1 11/16" for a larger bearing running on a 1" hardened shaft.

  • Nice to have one of those! How many RPM was the grinder running at, and was it running in the opposite direction to the lathe? Thanks for the video.
