I think the parts of the bible that most confuse and yet are most applicable today are the economic parts of the bible.

I've always had a problem with the free will "explanation".
I could very well be wrong, but all I understand it to mean is that we makes choices. This seems to be merely stating the obvious, with no explanation in sight.
The problem is why do we make the choices we do make, both at the individual and aggregate level.
I think the developmental model has much to say on this topic. That humans & other creatures develop under the influence of the environment is a good place to start.

The pope is the anti christ whom the lord jesus and daniel and paul and rev 13 warned us about. Daniel said the anti christ would come out of the divided roman empire kill the saints change Gods laws and call himself jesus's equal. The pope is the only man and power in human history which did this. Paul said the anti christ would sit in the christian church and decieve the world with satan help. The pope does this. The pope and his jesuits are satan worshippers who control the illumanati

@quranresponse Uhm...no. The Qu'ran suffers from the same issues.
Maybe you ought to show evidence there IS a "God" before you proclaim your dusty book of myths is this God's word.

@quranresponse The Quran has very similar problems explaining suffering.

Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then He is not omnipotent. Is He able, but not willing? Then He is malevolent. Is He both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is He neither able nor willing? Then why call Him God?

@MsTruthvoice Another genius who thinks that the growth in popularity of a religion = truth. Get an education. If you think that by saying "x is the fastest growing religion" that you are saying ANYTHING meaningful, you are not; and only people who know zero history would argue that. Education: get one.

@MsTruthvoice If you're looking for Quran Contradictions, Type the phrase into any search engine like Yahoo or Google. I've found plenty and can't think of one religous holy book that dosen't.
