Well tyvm for the video. I just started couponing, and i've been to CVS 2 different occasions and asked an employee how the ECB's work, and I ended up walking out of the store just as confused as when i walked in. You my friend, explained it very well~~thanks for that =) I get it now.

If you spend $20 real dollars, and those items have $20 offered in ECB -- then you just keep rolling one to the next.
